Wayne will oversee Senior roles, for Butlers, Household Managers and household staff as well as recruiting GM'S, Rooms Division Manages, Financial Controllers, F&B executives, restaurant and Executive Chef positions.
Wayne now manages Grant International and has recently taken on the position of Director. He has worked at Grant International since August 1992 and his other experience was gained from 20 years in luxury Hotels and independent Restaurants such as Conran'S Butlers Wharf, China House ( Now The Worsley Restaurnat), Wapping Food, La Stampa Group in Ireland, the Dorchester Hotel, St Andrews Old Course Hotel, Craigendarroch, The Caledonian Hotel, & a spell in the Caribbean at the Grace Bay Club.HOUSEHOLD BUTLERS AND STAFF

Wayne has also been involved in Training throughout his career and he has successfully trained around the world in Specilist food and Beverage and Butler Assignments under the International Guild of Butlers and Housemanager, (IGBH)
