Caran
Aiken has been involved in the catering industry in Ireland, first
in Belfast and then Dublin, for 19 years, working in some of the most
famous fine dining restaurants.
During
that time she was always committed to providing the highest standard
of service possible, a commitment she intends to bring to GIG.
Caran
is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Caran gained a degree in
Business Studies with joint honours in Management and Sociology.
Whilst
studying Caran discovered her true talents lay in human resources,
and therefore she became actively involved in these departments in
every organisation she worked for.
